I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely! In fact, many of our members started exactly where you are now. Our coaches are experts at modifying exercises to suit all fitness levels, and our community is incredibly welcoming. You'll never feel out of place.

I have an injury or ongoing aches and pains. Can I still join?

Yes! We work with members who have all kinds of physical considerations. During your welcome session, we'll discuss any limitations and our coaches will adapt your training accordingly. Many of our members have actually found that training with us has helped reduce their aches and pains.

Is 7 days really enough time?

It's enough to experience our community, meet our coaches, and see how you feel after a few sessions. Most importantly, it's enough time to realise that you CAN do this—and that you've found somewhere you actually want to come back to.

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at Unit 3, North Station, Milton Ave in Cambridge. You can expect daily friendly welcoming atmosphere and expert coaching.
